How do I log a pouch?

Tap the “Log a pouch” button on the Today screen. You can hit “+1” for a quick log, or add brand, strength (mg), and a note.

How do I edit or delete an entry?

Open the entry from the Today or Progress tab. Long-press to edit, or use the trash icon to delete a single entry.

How do I switch modes?

Go to Settings → Mode and choose Aware, Reduce, or Quit. Your logs are kept; switching mode just changes which tools and milestones are shown.

How do I set a quit date or daily target?

In Reduce mode, open Settings → Daily target. In Quit mode, open Settings → Quit date. You can change either at any time.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open Settings → Restore purchases. If you’re still having trouble, email support and include the email you used for the App Store or Google Play.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Apple: open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → PouchDown. Google: open Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PouchDown.

How do I wipe all my data?

Settings → Delete all data. This permanently removes every entry, reflection, and goal from your device. There is no recovery, by design.
